How To Check-In

Check in time: from 2PM
Method: Check in with our staff/Self-checking
Note: Check in with our staff is available from 2PM to 9PM.

1. Check in with our staff:

• Our staff will meet and greet you at the lobby of the building
• The staff will take you to the apartment and introduce you about the apartment, house rules, and answer any concerns from you.

2. Self-Check in:

• We will prepare the Elevator Card in secured mailbox on the lobby
• Before you arrival time, we will send you the detailed apartment information including Building, Apartment Number, Door/Mailbox Passcode, etc.
• Use these sent information and follow below steps and you will check in the apartment easily and safely.
• Besides, our hotline works 24/24. Therefore, contact to us when you need any assistance during the process.
